This is basically a bug fix release, but some features have been enhanced.

- Bug fix: In WIN10 match table scrolling did not update the display. Forced display update added. Still not perfect.
- Bug fix: Hantei and hikiwake are taken into account before number of shidos (for old kid’s rules).
- Finnish rules use IJF numbering.
- Comment field added to the accreditation cards.

- Bug fix: Match type was not visible in the slave timers (More data in messages. Note compatibility!).
- Bug fix: Rest time was not seen on slave display.
